Kense is the first cricketer from his state Nagaland to catch the attention of the IPL team. The 16 years old has impressed many with his bowling in the ongoing domestic tournament, Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2021.

Khrievitso Kense made his debut for his state team in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in 2021 only. The young spinner only featured in four games and picked 7 scalps with an average of 12.00 and with 13.1 strike rate. His economy was just 5.47 which is pretty good in the shortest format of cricket.

Mumbai Indians spotted 16-years-old Khrievitso Kense in SMAT 20:

According to the reports in Eastern Mirror, the young lad has been approached by the officials of the five-times champion side and called him for the trials. The talent scout team of MI was impressed with the bowling of the 16 years old in SMAT 2020-21.
