India to face India A before getting out to play against England on the England tour later in 2021.

India vs England: Team India will go as per the unprecedented schedule of 2021 cricket and will face India A first before getting out to play against England on the England tour.

The clash between India and India A will be in County Ground in Northamptonshire in July 2021. The exact details of the match will be unveiled soon.

The Indian cricket team is fixed to tour England for the long series in August and September 2021. The tour includes five test matches and the opener will be held at Nottingham on August 4.

?Some of the world?s finest international cricketers will be on show at The County Ground this summer as we welcome India and India A,? Northamptonshire County Cricket Club said in a statement late on Wednesday.

?Before the actual show between two of the world-class teams, India will face India A in the four-day warm-up game that happens to be a quality showcase of the cricket.?

Another warm-up game will be held in  Leicestershire on July 28.

?The Indian tour party will then travel to Leicestershire the following week for a second warmup fixture beginning the 28th of July,? the statement said.

Schedule for test series in England:

The second test game will be held in London from August 12-16, the third test will be hosted at Leeds from August 25-29. For the fourth test, both the teams will return to London (2-6 September) while the last test game will be held at Manchester from (September 10-14).

The English cricket contingent is currently scheduled to play four games test series in India. The series will begin on 5th February followed by the five games T20I series and three ODIs.
