As per the weather reports, rain threats loom over the most-anticipated India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup 2022 match on Sunday. The reports show a 65 per cent chance of rain on 23rd October which will hamper the proceedings of the match.

Melbourne is reported to be under rain threats after Thursday. While only a little drizzle is predicted on Thursday, the next three days will produce heavy rain. On 23rd October, the D-Day for India vs Pakistan match, around 80 per cent rain is predicted throughout the day. While the temperature is expected to be lower than 10 degrees.

It will be a shame if rain plays spoilsport during India vs Pakistan match. The fans from both sides passionately wait for the event, which usually happens once or perhaps twice a year. 

India and Pakistan last met in the Asia Cup 2022. The two teams came face to face twice, in which once India got better of Pakistan while in the other match, Pakistan avenged its loss.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma during the pre-tournament press conference stated that he already has his playing11 for the India vs Pakistan match on 23rd October. He further mentioned that he doesn’t believe on last-minute decisions.

He added that he wants his players informed of their place in the team so that they can be mentally prepared for the challenge.

 “I don’t believe in last-minute decisions. We want to keep our boys informed about team selection before so that they can prepare early. I already have my XI for the Pakistan match. Already those players are informed. I don’t believe in a last-minute thing. I want them to prepare well”, said Rohit during a press conference ahead of T20 World Cup
