IPL 2023: Mumbai Indians(MI) defeated Lucknow, moved to the Qualifiers 2, and will play against Gujarat in Ahmedabad on May 26th. A Fantastic spell by Akash Madhwal, who took five wickets, and Cameron Green knocked 41 runs with a strike rate of 178.26.

Lucknow didn’t play good cricket in this important match as they gave 182 runs on low-scoring Pitch of Chennai and, While batting, got all out in 16.3 overs. Naveen-ul-Haq took four wickets, whereas Marcus Stoinis made 40 runs.

LSG lost and is now eliminated from the IPL 2023:

In the Second Inning, Lucknow had a decent start and got good momentum at the end of the powerplay as Stoinis made 18 runs in the 6th over. Lucknow looked in good control, but the 10th over by Akask Madhwal took the game from Lucknow.

Marcus Stoinis had played a good inning, got out by taking wrong call while running between the wickets, and scored 40 runs in 27 balls. Overall, A bad performance by LSG batters in this main stage of the tournament.

Mumbai Indians had good control in the game, but in the powerplay, Stoinis was playing attacking cricket and built good pressure on MI bowlers The Spell of Akash, in which he took five wickets and gave only five runs, whereas Piyush and Jordan took one wicket each.

In the First Inning, Mumbai Indians Batters struggled in the starting over and in response, MI Skipper Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kisna got out by scoring just 11 and 15 runs. The last match hero, Cameron Green carries his form, played a good knock and made 66 runs partnership for the 3rd wicket.

Surya has scored 33 runs in 20 balls with two incredible sixes, and Cameron Green has scored 41 runs in 23 balls with six fours and one six. Tilak Verma and Nehal Wadhera played an aggressive inning, scored 26 and 23 runs, and led MI to 182 runs in 20 overs.

Naveen-ul-Haq took wickets haul:

Lucknow bowlers had a good performance, and It was with ups and down as some of the overs got quite expensive, whereas a few overs bowled excellently, like Naveen’s the 11th over. Naveen-ul-Haq bowled a nice spell and took four wickets, whereas Yash Thakur took three wickets, and Mohsin Khan got one wicket.
