IPL 2021: The most successful franchise of Indian Premier League, Mumbai Indians is the one which can go on to the IPL 2021 with the same team. Rohit Sharma led Mumbai Indians have all the aspects checked, however, they will surely make an effort to occupy some good signings in the mini auctions 2021.

The BCCI had already asked all the franchise to release the players by January 20. Mumbai Indians will surely release some to the trade window and auctions.

It was seen last time when all the senior players were rested for a match, the team struggled to find momentum and win the game.

Here we look at 3 players Mumbai Indians might target in the mini-auction 2021.

3 Players Mumbai Indians might target in mini auctions:

Kayle Jamieson:

The kiwi all-rounder has been phenomenal after his international debut. Mumbai Indian will go after him as he can be instrumental with the bat as well as the ball. Jamieson recently picked up his five-wicket haul in the test match against Pakistan.

The tall pacer can generate extra pace and bounce can bring up the quality for the defending champions. However, other franchises too might go after him as he has shown some promising signs recently.

Carlos Braithwaite:

The former West Indies T20 skipper, has not got a satisfying IPL record in the past but it is also a fact that the all-rounder is not given a long run. With Hardik Pandya still not confirmed about his bowling, Mumbai Indians might bid for Braithwaite as a full-time all-rounder for the side.

Previously the all-rounder has played for Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders. However, he went unsold in the 2020 IPL.

Tanveer Sangha:

Besides Rahul Chahar, defending champions Mumbai Indians does not have any specialist snipper who can provide backup to the former. Tanveer Sangha is unknown to Indian but in the ongoing Big Bash League, he has been producing fire with his bowling.

Sangha is the second leading wicket-taker in Big Bash League till now. He can be a possible signing for Mumbai Indias as they cannot depend on only one spinner for the best results.
