Why is the Team Struggling?
Batting Collapses: Pakistan Women’s National Cricket Team batters have consistently lost wickets in clusters. They failed to rotate the strike or play good cricket against quality pace attacks from teams like Australia and India.
Lack of Partnerships: There have been some good partnerships, but those also break quickly, which ultimately impacts the scorecard.
Fielding and Extras: Both the men’s and women’s cricket team of Pakistan is widely known for dropped catches and giving away extra runs through wides and over throws, which help opponents to release pressure.
Can Pakistan Women Bounce Back?
Despite having a poor start, Pakistan still has the chance to qualify for the semi-finals, but they need to win their remaining matches by good margins. However, the qualification chances will mostly depend on the other teams, as lots of them are doing fantastic jobs.
