ICC T20 World Cup 2021 Openers: While almost all the national teams in world cricket will emphasise over their openers for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup, Pakistan looks settled in the opening department with the likes of Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam doing their jobs perfectly.

It seems like Pakistan has done all the testing work and are almost certain to back their openers in Azam and Rizwan for the mega flagship event of ICC, starting October 17.

The pair is consistently scoring runs for Pakistan in the shortest format and are providing a perfect start more often than not.

For the England T20I series, Pakistan went with Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam as the openers, which is a perfect indication of their choices.

Moreover, the duo plundered a massive 150-runs stand in the first T20I against England for the first wicket while a 50-runs partnership in the second match against the same opponent a night before.
