Not Hardik Pandya, Harbhajan Singh wants this youngster to captain India after Rohit Sharma

Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh has named his Team India captain after Rohit Sharma. What caught the attention of many was he didn?t name Hardik Pandya to take that job. The all-rounder notably is the vice-captain of the team and is leading the team in the absence of Rohit.

Harbhajan Singh instead went with Sanju Samson. The former Indian cricketer believes that the Rajasthan Royals skipper should be groomed as the next India captain and should be part of the team for the T20 World Cup 2024.

Harbhajan Singh?s comment came after Sanju Samson guided Rajasthan Royals to another win in the IPL 2024. The keeper-batter took his team to the 9-wicket win and won their 7th game of the season, inching closer to playoffs, having bagged 14 points already.
