Pakistan cricket team have been at their absolute best in the ODI format. They have displayed a staggering performance in the ongoing series against New Zealand and have won four consecutive games to take an unassailable lead of 4-0 in the series. 

The fourth ODI was a staggering one for them as they chipped in with both bat and ball and won the game by 102 runs. Asked to bat first, Shan Masood played a decent hand of 44 runs at the top of the order before skipper Babar Azam smashed a blistering century. 

Agha Salman (58), Iftikhar Ahmed (28) and Shaheen Shah Afridi (23*) played brutal knocks lower down the order and helped Pakistan post a total of 334 runs on the board. While defending the target, they kept chipping in with regular wickets and put opponents under pressure.

Usama Mir was the star bowler for his side as he bagged 4 wickets whereas Mohammad Wasim took 3 wickets. Haris Raul and Shaheen Afridi picked three wickets between them as they bundled out New Zealand for just 232 runs to win the game by 102 runs.

Pakistan cricket team with the win in the fourth ODI against New Zealand leapfrogged Australia to become the No.1 team in the ICC ODI Rankings. They have 113 ratings and to stay at the top, they need to win the last game as well. 

A loss in the last game will see them slipping back to the third spot behind Australia and India in the rankings. New Zealand on the other hand are fifth in the rankings and will stay there despite a loss in the last game.
