Gujarat Titans Team 2022 Players List, Retained Players, Draft Picks, Complete Squad: The CVC Capitals Partners, owners of the Ahmedabad based Indian Premier League (IPL) new franchise, recently announced the team name. The franchise zeroed on ‘Gujarat Titans’ as the name of the franchise, instead of Ahmedabad Titans for the IPL 2022. As of yet, Gujarat Titans hasn’t revealed its logo.
Ahead of the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, both the new IPL teams (Gujarat Titans and Lucknow SuperGiants) were allowed to pick three draft players to match the existing IPL teams.

Gujarat Titans decided to go with all-rounder Hardik Pandya, Shubman Gill and Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan as its top players.
In its debut IPL mega auction, Gujarat Titans will look to solidify their squad with plenty of bid matchwinners, just like the nine other teams. The franchise has a total purse value of INR 52 Crores left for spending during the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, after deducting the salary of the three draft picks.
