He shared that after finishing an IPL match in Chennai, he immediately joined a Discord call with his streaming team. He was about to listen to a song but didn’t have Spotify or Apple Music, as he had deleted them.
So, he opened YouTube to search for music. That’s when he realized his search history had been leaked. At that moment, he didn’t fully understand what had happened, but after the stream ended, he was shocked, thinking about what he had done.
When asked why the Riyan Parag Statement did not come at that time, he said that he didn’t consider it a big deal. He felt there was no point in giving a public clarification because people would still not understand. He believed that ignoring the controversy was the best option.

Surya well knows a fact that he’s going through a difficult phase lately but remaining jolly most of the time certainly keeps the India T20I captain positive, which surely helps while playing at the highest level.
Surya tallied just 28 from five innings, including a couple of noughts, such poverty of runs is a bit odd because of the format in which he usually dominates. Not just in the England T20Is Surya struggled to get going, even in the preceding Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
