In what comes as a shocking development for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fans, decorated captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is reportedly stepping down from his leadership role ahead of the fifteenth edition of the league.

The all-rounder will perform duties of the team under the shadow of MS Dhoni in the IPL 2022, which will further make him a better captaincy option for the franchise in future.
