Asian Games 2023: Team India Men's Updated Squad for Cricket Asian Games 2023 Hangzhou: On September 17, 2023, BCCI announced the final squad of the Team India for the Asian Games 2023. BCCI included Akash Depp as the replacement for Shivam Mavi in India's Squad for the Cricket Asian Games 2023.

Shivam Mavi was previously added to the squad of India, but due to injury, he will miss the Asian Games. Akash Depp got a chance to play for India in the Asian Games 2023. The chances of Tilak Varma and Washington Sundar are very low to participate in the Asian Games due to the upcoming ODI series against Australia.

Australia will tour India for an ODI series against the Indian Team from September 22, 2023, to September 27, 2023. Ruturaj Gaikwad will lead Team India in the Asian Games, scheduled from September 28 to October 7, 2023, in Hangzhou, China.

The Key players of India for the Asian Games are Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Tilak Varma, Rinku Singh, and Arshdeep Singh. Team India will play its first match of Asian Games 2023 on October 5, 2023, against winners of Match 7 in the Quarter Final-4.

The BCCI announced a new Team for the Asian Games 2023 due to the World Cup 2023, scheduled from October 5, 2023, to November 19, 2023.
