Shinsuke Nakamura is ready to compete in the ring again. The fighter has confirmed his medical discharge in his Instagram stories, information confirmed by Mike Johnson, a journalist for the PW Insider portal.
Nakamura has been dealing with a hand injury. The news confirmed by Rick Boogs in an interview for the Out of Character podcast.

He remained out of action with a hand injury since a WWE live event in December 2021, announced on his Instagram stories that he has been cleared to ‘wrestle,'” Mike wrote. Johnson: “Nakamura is in Kansas City for tonight’s Smackdown taping and would obviously be free to perform in the men’s Royal Rumble match this Saturday as well.”
