The IPL 2026 Auction was more focused on young domestic Indian players, unlike other seasons, where foreign players were picked at a high price.
RCB’s most expensive player in the IPL 2026 Auction is Venkatesh Iyer, whom they bought at a price of Rs. 7.00 Crore. In the last season, Iyer was part of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), but now he will be playing for the RCB in the upcoming IPL 2026 season. RCB also bought a young domestic Indian player, Mangesh Yadav, for a massive Rs. 5.20 Crore.
