The ICC Men’s U19 T20 World Cup 2026 is scheduled to start on January 15, 2026. Therefore, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Zimbabwe want to finalize their preparations before the tournament begins.

The Under-19 Tri-Series between Pakistan Under-19 Team, Afghanistan Under-19 Team, and Zimbabwe Under-19 Team is all set to start from December 25, 2025, at Harare Sports Club in Zimbabwe. A total of seven matches will be played in this Tri-Series at four different venues in Zimbabwe. It’s going to be a crucial series for all three teams to get used to the conditions before the U19 T20 World Cup 2026.

Each team will play a double round-robin format, and then, the top two teams will play the Tri-Series final on January 06, 2025, at Old Hararians Sports Club in Zimbabwe. The First two matches will be played at the iconic Harare Sports Club, while the next three games will be played at Prince Edward and Sunriser Sports Club, respectively. The last two matches of the Tri-Series will be played at Old Hararians Sports Club, so it’s going to be an action-packed year-end and start for cricket fans in Zimbabwe.

ICC Men’s U19 World 2026 Group Update:

In the upcoming ICC Under-19 T20 World Cup 2026, Zimbabwe and Pakistan are placed in Group B, which makes this tri-series more important. Afghanistan is placed in Group D alongside South Africa, Tanzania, and the West Indies.

Surprisingly, India and Pakistan are not in the same group; however, they used to play most of the ICC tournaments in the same group, so more matches are possible between these arch-rivals, and the ICC gets more revenue and viewership.
