Vivo IPL 2021: The fourteenth edition of the Indian Premier League is just a fortnight away and the franchises have started to train inside their camps. All the eight franchises have organised their training camps with all the facilities. Chennai Super Kings were the first to organise it as usual.

The IPL 2021 is returning to India after a complete slowdown last year due to Covid-19. However, it is unlikely that BCCI is going to allow fans to enter the stadiums to cheer for their favourite teams.

The previous year IPL was the superhit contest as it shattered all the previous records while the story will not end here. The close nail-biting finish to the games will make the game more exciting and in the coming years, the numbers will increase tremendously.

In this article, we will take a look at IPL franchises and their wins in the history of IPL. The wins will be counted since the inception of the Indian T20 League in 2008.

The five times champion side Mumbai Indians leads the chart. Mumbai skipper Rohit Sharma have a brilliant captaincy record in the IPL and has the highest win percentage of over 60 per-cent. MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings (CSK) comes second in the list while Shahrukh Khan owned Kolkata Knight Riders follow CSK.

Virat Kohli’s RCB is in the fourth spot while the newly rebranded Punjab Kings (formerly Kings XI Punjab) sits at number 5.
