The record for the most hat-tricks in the greatest T20 league belongs to Amit Mishra. This leg spinner from Delhi has been an integral part of the league since the first season. Mishi Bhai, as he is called by his colleagues has picked 3 hat-tricks. It would have also been 4 if it was not for Trent Boult to drop a catch off his hat-trick ball in IPL 2019. Mishra’s first hat-trick came against Deccan Chargers for Delhi Daredevils in 2008. The second came in the year 2011 against KXIP while playing for the Deccan Chargers. The third and the last one came in the year 2012 against PWI while playing for SRH. Yuvraj Singh is second in this list with 2 hat-tricks.
3: Number of Final Matches Played by KKR before IPL 2022:
Kolkata Knight Riders, the team that is playing the first game of the IPL 2022 season has played the IPL final 3 times. The team qualified for the first time in 2012 and ended up winning the season. That game saw a splendid batting performance from Manvinder Bisla. The second instance was in 2014. This time, Manish Pandey was the hero for KKR in the final. The latest entry was in the year 2021. They did not end up on the winning side. Faf Du Plessis played a match-winning for the CSK team.

The first-ever IPL season with 10 teams was the 3rd season of the IPL. It was in the year 2010. The two new teams introduced were Pune Warriors India and Kochi Tuskers Kerala. IPL 2022 Ticket Booking:
It is now confirmed that 25% of the tickets will be on sale online. All the games are to be played in Maharashtra. Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, Brabourne CCI stadium in Mumbai, and MCA Stadium in Pune are the announced venues. The Maharashtra Government has allowed only 25% of fans inside the stadium.
