India vs Pakistan match in the Asia Cup 2025 faces a massive change ! Check details

The India vs Pakistan clash in the Asia Cup 2025 has been keeping many excited. The match will be played on 14th September at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai, and it will be the first time these teams have clashed with each other since the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. 

The Asia Cup 2025 is all set to begin on 9th September in the United Arab Emirates. The final will be taking place on 28th September as the tournament will be played across Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai and the Sheikh Zayed International Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. 

Games in the Asia Cup 2025 to begin at 8:00 PM IST

The Asia Cup 2025, with the tournament yet to start, has witnessed a massive change. The games in the event were all set to begin from 7:30 PM IST, which is local time 6:00 PM. However, they won't go as ned. 

As per the various media reports, it is learned that the games will now begin at 8:00 PM IST, which is local time 6:30. This is because the extreme warm conditions in the UAE can have an impact on the players and hence, a half-hour delay has been implemented. 

The reports claimed that broadcasters requested the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) to make a change in the time. However, they didn't say anything and agreed to the demand. This means that games will now finish late at night as per IST. 

The India vs Pakistan clash can happen thrice in the Asia Cup 2025. After the group stage clash, it is expected that both teams will lock horns in the Super Four stage. They are expected to reach there as they have the UAE and Oman in their group,  along withlthe ong with the other two teams. 

If both teams ended at the top of the points table in the Super four stage, then we can witness India vs Pakistan final in the Asia Cup 2025. It remains to be seen who will play in the final between the teams in the tournament.
