After ending England’s innings on 353, India struggled to get going with the bat. They were reeling at 117/7 and it was then when Dhruv Jurel stepped up and stood tall for his team in the IND vs ENG game. Just when it seemed India would be outplayed, the keeper-batter changed the course of the game. 

Dhruv Jurel along with Kuldeep Yadav (28) added 76 runs partnership together and bailed India out of trouble. Once the leg-spinner got out, the keeper-batter set the stage on fire and took the attack to the England bowlers, smashing them all over the park.

Dhruv Jurel showed great composure and played an outstanding innings in the IND vs ENG. He slammed his maiden Test half-century in the second Test of his career and was looking set for a big ton but missed his well-deserved ton by just 10 runs. 

Dhruv Jurel ended with an innings of 90 runs off 149 balls. He also slammed 6 boundaries and 4 sixes in his innings. His valiant innings helped India get close to England total’s in the IND vs ENG game. India ended their innings with 307 runs.
