ICC ODI World Cup 2023 Schedule, India and Pakistan Match Details in Draft Schedule prepared by BCCI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has given the International Cricket Council(ICC) a draft Schedule for the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, which is set to be played in India after four months in October-November.
ESPN Cricinfo has shared some key points of ICC ODI World Cup 2023, India will be playing their World Cup matches at nine venues, whereas Pakistan will be playing their ICC World Cup 2023 matches at four Venues. The Biggest Rivalry of Cricket, the India vs Pakistan match in the world cup 2023 to be held on October 15th at Narendra Modi Stadium.
England vs New Zealand will play the inaugural match of World Cup 2023 on October 5th. India will play their first match of World Cup 2023 on October 8th against Australia at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
In the Draft Schedule, World Cup Semi Finals will be played on November 15 and 16, but venues are not declared, whereas ICC World Cup 2023 Final is expected to take place at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on November 19th. Many Reports says Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has argued ICC to not schedule their League matches in Ahmedabad.

Generally, The Schedule of the ICC World Cup is announced before 6 months, but this time, it was pretty delayed as it was set to be announced during the WTC Final 2023 but again delayed. ICC Hasn’t given any particular reason for it but said that the Schedule would be Declared at any time.
