Meanwhile, CSK has given a befitting replay to the defeat they suffered a few days ago at their home venue. In the previous fixture, CSK faced a seven-wicket defeat against Punjab Kings in Chepauk, but the change in the venue has resulted in the reversal of the fortunes.
Earlier in the game, CSK, too, had a bit of a jittery outing with the bat in hand. Barring all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja’s 43-run knock, the other batters looked never settled in the middle.
