England Schedule for ICC T20 World Cup 2026

England are placed in Group B of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026.

The ICC T20 World Cup 2026 is around the corner as the preparations have begun in full flow. The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday, November 25 announced the schedule of the tournament at an event in Mumbai.

The ICC T20 World Cup 2026 will kick off on 7 February and the final is scheduled to be played on March 8 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad/Colombo. A total of three games will be played in a day throughout the league stage.

One of the top contenders to win the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 will be England. They have been one of the top teams in white-ball cricket over the last few years and would be keen to win their third ICC T20 World Cup 2026 title. 

England won the ICC T20 World Cup in 2022 under the leadership of Jos Buttler and reached the semi-final of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. However, they couldn’t defend their title as they lost to India in the semi-final. 

England are placed in Group B of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. They will have a tough competition as  West Indies, Bangladesh, Nepal and Italy are in their group. Although, they look favourites to qualify, one cannot write off any team in T20S.

England will face Nepal in their ICC T20 World Cup 2026 opener at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on February 8 and after that will be up against the  West Indies at the same venue on February 11. In their third clash, they will lock horns with Bangladesh on February 14 in Kolkata. Their last match will be against Italy on February 16.
