AUS vs AFG: Afghanistan batting mentor Ajay Jadeja stole the limelight during the ongoing ICC World Cup 2023 against Australia. The 39th game of the tournament took place at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and it was an absolute thriller of a game. 

Amid all the seriousness and high competition there was a hilarious moment in the AUS vs AFG as well. During the Australian innings, batter Marnus Labuschagne complained about some disturbance in the Afghanistan dressing room, which was well in front of him. 

As the the camera focussed on the Afghanistan dressing room after Marnus Labuschagne’s complaint, Ajay Jadeja reacted hilariously. He danced in a funny way. The video of that went viral on the internet and invited a lot of funny reactions from the netizens.

Ajay Jadeja’s dance probably came due the the situation of Afghanistan in the game. While defending the target of 292 runs, they had Australia at 91/7. However, after that, his joy turned into agony as Australian batter Glenn Maxwell played one of the greatest innings in ODI of all time.

Glenn Maxwell slammed an unbeaten 201 runs and won Australia the game from the jaws of defeat. The Pat Cummins-led side qualified for the semi-finals as they won the game by 3 wickets. It was an unbelievable effort from the all-rounder in the AUS vs AFG game.

Even though Afghanistan suffered a disappointing loss against Australia in the AUS vs AFG game, they still have a fair to chance to qualify for the semi-finals. They have their last match against South Africa. If they win he will be in contention. 

After that Afghanistan would want  Sri Lanka to beat New Zealand and England to beat Pakistan. If this happens, they would make it into the semi-finals.
