Why Asia Cup 2025 not being played in India?

The Asia Cup 2025 was about to be played in India, as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is the hosting nation as per the tournament hosting schedule, but due to the tensions between India and Pakistan, the whole tournament will be played in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The Tournament will start from September 09, 2025, and the final match will be played on September 28, 2025. All the matches will be played at two venues- Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
