Asia Cup 2025: Player of the Tournament over the years! Check how many Indians won the award

The Asia Cup 2025 is around the corner with the countdown starting. The tournament will kick start on 9th September and the final is scheduled to be played on 28th September, with the event set to be played in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

The Asia Cup over the years has witnessed some massive competition between bat and ball. Many players have come up with magnificent performances throughout the tournament and have helped their teams win the event single-handedly with their efforts. 

If we see the number of titles in the Asia Cup, India is leading the charts with eight titles in their kitty. Sri Lanka is in the second spot with 6 titles, while Pakistan also features in the list. The upcoming edition will be another opportunity for all these teams to have their hands on the Trophy yet again. 

Not only the teams, but the Asia Cup 2025 will be a great platform for players to stamp their authority. The event, which will be played in the United Arab Emirates, the wicket is expected to assist spinners and players of all the teams will be eager to make their presence felt. 

If we talk about the Player of the Tournaments in the Asia Cup, only four Indians have won the events. Six players from Sri Lanka have earned the award. Two each from Pakistan and Bangladesh have also been there.
