Asia Cup 2023: The most important and exciting match of the Asia Cup 2023 was played today between Sri Lanka and Pakistan at Sri Lanka’s home ground, R. Premadasa Stadium. For Sri Lanka, wicketkeeper batsman Kusal Mendis played the highest innings of 91 runs. 26-year-old Charith Asalanka was the hero for Sri Lanka, scoring 49 runs in 47 balls with the help of three fours and four sixes. While wickets were falling one by one, Asalanka remained standing and showed their brilliant game. He hit the winning shot in the last ball to take Sri Lanka to the final of the Asia Cup 2023.
