Shocking! Pakistan National Cricket Team cancels press conference ahead of India clash, players shout 6-0 during training to mock India’s operation Sindoor

Pakistan National Cricket Team and the Indian National Cricket Team are all set to lock horns with each other in match 2 of the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup 2025. The match between the two teams will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Sunday, 21st September. 

The Pakistan National Cricket Team and the Indian National Cricket Team played each other in the league stage as well. However, that game was marred by a massive controversy as Indian players refused to shake hands with Pakistan players before and after the match.

This became a massive talking point with the Pakistan National Cricket Team escalating the matter. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) lodged an official complaint against Indian players as well as the match referee Andy Pycroft, who according to PCB told Salman Agha to shake hands with the Indian players. 

Also, the Pakistan National Cricket Team threatened to boycott the game against the UAE, which they delayed by one hour by not coming to the stadium on time. But the negotiations took place between ICC, PCB and ACB with PCB claiming that the match referee apologised.

Amid all this controversy, the Pakistan National Cricket Team came up with another shocking incident, this time ahead of the game against the India National Cricket Team in the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup 2025.

Pakistan National Cricket Team didn’t come for the press conference, players  shouting "6-0, 6-0” in training

As per the reports in Dainik Jagran and was later confirmed, the Pakistan National Cricket Team didn’t come for the press conference. It was expected that skipper Salman Agha would come up but that wasn’t the case

To worsen the case further, as per the journalist Abhishek Tripathi of Dainik Jagran, it is learned that during the session, the players of the Pakistan National Cricket Team were shouting "6-0, 6-0”, potentially mocking the India Army’s Operation Sindoor.

The match will be extremely important for both teams as it will be the first game of the Super Four stage.
