Pakistan is set to take part in a tri-nation series alongside Afghanistan and the UAE ahead of the Asia Cup 2025. Find out how to watch the live coverage in India.

Pakistan, Afghanistan, and UAE will compete in a T20 tri-series in Sharjah from August 29 to September 7, 2025, as a warm-up for the Asia Cup. Matches start at 8:30 pm IST, broadcast live on Eurosports and streamed through the Fancode app. Pakistan's first match is against Afghanistan, and all games are at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in a double round-robin format, with the top two teams advancing to the final.

Before the 2025 edition of the Asia Cup, the Pakistani team will participate in the tri-series to be held on the soil of the UAE. The cricket teams of Afghanistan, Pakistan & UAE will participate in this tri-series. Ahead of the Asia Cup, the Pakistani team will try to gain momentum by performing well in this bilateral event.

Live broadcast will come on Eurosports channel

The live streaming of the tri-series matches will be available on the Fancode app in India. For this, fans will have to download the Fancode app on their phones. These matches will be broadcasted live on the Eurosports channel. All the matches of the tri-series will be played at Sharjah's Sharjah Cricket Stadium. All the matches will commence at 8:30 pm IST (Indian Standard Time). The toss will take place half an hour earlier.

Pakistan will play its first match against Afghanistan

In the tri-series, the Green Shirts will take on Afghanistan in their opening encounter on the 29th of August. The Pakistani team is led by Salman Ali Agha while The captaincy duties of the Afghans is being handled by Rashid Khan. After this, the Pakistani team will play a match against UAE on 30 August. Then it will play a match against Afghanistan on 2 September and against UAE on 4 September.
