IPL 2024: Watch MS Dhoni starts training for IPL 2024: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni is all set to light up the upcoming seventeenth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), which begins on March 22 in Chepauk Stadium. Dhoni, who will lead CSK for, possibly, one last time in the IPL, has already begun training for the Tata IPL 2024.

The decorated captain sparked excitement and enthusiasm among cricket fans with his recent photographs and videos which were taken at the Chepauk Stadium.

Dhoni reportedly, joined the CSK training camp a few days ago to hone his skills for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Amidst all the possibilities of him taking retirement from all forms of the game, his lively presence at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai has incited exhilaration among his fans for yet another season of the IPL.

The 42-year-old CSK skipper underwent a knee surgery a few months ago, which posed a challenge for him to further participate in the IPL. However, overcoming those set of challenges, MS Dhoni's presence at Chepauk Stadium in a CSK jersey has reassured the fans for one more edition of the IPL.

Notably, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) won the IPL 2023 title after defeating Gujarat Titans (GT) in the epic final and added the record fifth glory to their decorated cabinet. The Yellow Army will now look to defend its title in 2024.

Season seventeen of the Tata IPL begins on March 22 with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

CSK Schedule in IPL 2024

In phase one of the IPL 2024 Schedule announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), CSK is set to play four matches. Their opening fixture, which will also be the tournament's opening game, will be held against RCB in Chennai on March 22.

MS Dhoni's CSK will lock horns against Gujarat Titans (GT) in their second game on March 26. The fixture will be held in Chennai. For the third and fourth fixtures, CSK will be up against Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad respectively.
