 Chennai Super Kings won the TATA IPL 2023, and now, they have five IPL trophies as they successfully chased the target. Devon Conway played well and scored 47 runs, and Matheesha Pathirana has taken two wickets in four overs spell. Ravindra Jadeja knocked six and four on the last two balls and led CSK to victory.

Gujarat Titans lost the game and failed to grab the IPL 2023 Trophy, they did well in the whole season but couldn’t finish the match well hence lost the IPL 2023 Finals. Sai Sudharsan Played a Magnificent inning of 96 runs and led his team to 214 runs. Mohit Sharma got three wickets in the crucial match.

Chennai Super Kings Won their fifth Title:

In the Second Inning, Chennai Super Kings openers came to bat, but after three balls, rain comes and delayed the game, due to the wet side pitches, the Match got delayed two hours and started again at 12: 10 am (May 30th). After this, Match was reduced to 15 overs, and CSK needed 171 runs.

Gaikwad and Conway started the inning with a clear mindset of hitting boundaries in every over, as the target was huge. Both gave a good start as they made 52 runs in the powerplay of fours overs, but after this, CSK lost two back-to-back wickets in the 7th over, where both openers Gaikwad and Conway got out by scoring 26 and 47 runs, respectively. Shivam Dube and Ravindra Jadeja has tried a lot to win this game, both has scored 32 and 15 runs, respectively led CSK to win this trophy.

Gujarat’s mighty bowlers failed to defend such a massive target:

Gujarat Titans had one of the best bowling lineup of this season but failed against Chennai in the IPL 2023 Finals, where they need the best of the players. Noor Ahmed bowled well, took two wickets in his three-over spell, and gave only 17 runs whereas Mohit Sharma got three wickets in the crucial moment.

Sai Sudharsan led GT to 214 runs on the scoreboard:

Gujarat Titans batted first, and they had a good start as both the openers played well, didn’t lose any wickets in the powerplay, and made 62 runs. Shubman Gill has scored 39 runs only as he got out through MS Dhoni’s wonderful stumping in the 7th over.

Saha and Sai Sudharsan made a good partnership in the middle overs of 64 runs. Wriddhiman Saha has given his team a good start and continues his hard-hitting in the middle overs so that opponents can’t build pressure on them.

Sai Sudharsan has played an Impressive knock and unfortunately missed the hundred, but he played a responsible inning as he scored 96 runs in 47 balls with a blasting strike rate of 204.26. Hardik Pandya played well in the death overs, finished the first inning with 21 runs.

Matheesha Pathirana took two wickets in the death overs:

Chennai Bowlers leaked many runs in this Match, especially in the powerplay and in the end of the middle overs. Ravindra Jadeja has got one wicket, whereas Deepak Chahar failed to gave an early breakthrough to his team but somehow got a wicket on the last ball of his spell.

Matheesha Pathirana, who came to bowl in the death overs and bowled well but got quite expensive in some overs and took two wickets as well.
