IPL 2021: Automobile company Tata Motors on Tuesday confirmed that the company will continue its partnership with the leading cricket league. Tata Motors flagship SUV Safari will be the official partner of IPL 2021 persisting its partnership run with BCCI for the straight fourth year.

The fourteenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is slated to begin on 09th April in Chennai. The tournament opener will feature defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) taking on Virat Kohli Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

The elite tournament will return to the host nation this time and Tata Motors will be keen on taking all the leverage for its newly launched SUV Safari. The last time Tata Harrier was being featured in the games of the elite competition in UAE.

IPL 2021 is scheduled to be conducted across six venues scrapping all the home and away advantages. There will be neutral venues for all eight franchises. Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad will host all the games.

“We are working on innovative plans to garner the viewers’ attention, as they tune in from across the country to support their teams. We are positive to drive tremendous value from this association and hope to share the joy of celebrating our favourite sport and cricket league with the fans yet again,” Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle Business Unit (PVBU) Head – Marketing Vivek Srivatsa noted.

The all-new SUV Safari from Tata Motors will be hosted in all six venues of Vivo IPL 2021.

“We are delighted to announce one more year of association with Tata Motors. The car manufacturer will push its latest launch Tata Safari for the whole Vivo IPL 2021. With each passing year the partnership is getting stronger,” said IPL chairman Brijesh Patel.
