India vs Ireland 2026: BCCI Announces India Tour of Ireland, Two T20Is Schedule After IPL

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced that Team India will tour Ireland for a two-match T20I series in June 2026. The India vs Ireland T20I series is scheduled just a few weeks after the IPL 2026, which is a two-month-long tournament, but it is an important series for India before the India vs England White-ball series.

Recently, India won the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 after defeating New Zealand in the finals by 96 runs at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. With this, India created history by winning two back-to-back T20 World Cups and also became the first team to win a T20 World Cup as a host nation and won 3 titles.

India vs Ireland Schedule 2026

As per the official announcement, both the T20I matches between the India Men’s National Cricket Team and the Ireland Men’s National Cricket Team will be played in Belfast. India will be playing their first game in Belfast after nearly two decades, as the last match at this venue was played in 2007.

India’s Action-Packed Cricket Calendar in 2026

Before the India vs Ireland Series, Players will be engaged in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 and before travelling to Ireland, India will host Afghanistan for a one-off test and three-match ODI series.

After the Ireland series, India will tour England for a white-ball series. The India Tour of England 2026 will include five T20Is and three ODIs, which are scheduled between July 01 and July 19, 2026.
