IND vs SA: South Africa Announces Strong Squads for ODI, Test & T20I Series against India | India Tour of South Africa 2023-24:?South Africa announced their squad for the upcoming all-format series against India, Temba Bavuma will be leading the test side only as he is rested for the white-ball cricket whereas Aiden Markram is going to lead the both ODI and T20I Team.

Cricket South Africa (CSA) announced a mixed squad, including experienced and young players. After Having a great performance in the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023 but unfortunately losing the semi-finals against Australia, South Africa will try to carry the same momentum in the upcoming series against India.

Temba Bavuma is rested for the White ball series against India because of his poor performance in the ODI World Cup 2023. Reeza Hendricks is expected to take his position in white-ball cricket as he performed exceptionally whenever he got a chance to play for the team.

David Bedingham, Nandre Burger and Tristan Stubbs got a maiden call for South Africa's Test Squad. It will be a great opportunity for these players to show their talents against a strong opponent like India. India and South Africa will be playing two matches test series, which is scheduled to start from December 26, 2023.

The Wicket-Keeper Batsman Quinton de Kock already announced his retirement from ODI Cricket after the World Cup 2023, whereas he will be playing Big Bash League 2023-24 and hence not available for the T20I series. Kagiso Rabada will be playing only the test series against India while he is rested for both ODI and T20I.

Temba Bavuma (Captain), Aiden Markram, Nandre Burger, Gerald Coetzee, Tony de Zorzi, Dean Elgar, David Bedingham, Marco Jansen, Keshav Maharaj, Wiaan Mulder, Kyle Verreynne, Lungi Ngidi, Keegan Petersen, Kagiso Rabada, Tristan Stubbs.

South Africa's squad for the T20I series against India:

Aiden Markram (Captain), Ottniel Baartman, Matthew Breetzke, Tristan Stubbs, Nandre Burger, Donovan Ferreira, Keshav Maharaj, Reeza Hendricks, Heinrich Klaasen, David Miller, Andile Phehlukwayo, Tabraiz Shamsi, Lizaad Williams.

Marco Jansen, Gerald Coetzee, and Lungi Ngidi will only be available for the first and second T20I matches.
