Jasprit Bumrah’s absence will no doubt leave a massive void in the fourth IND vs ENG for the Indian team. But this would well be an opportunity for someone else to step up and make his name, filling the shoes of the premier pacer in the team.
As per the reports in the Indian Express, it is learned that Akash Deep will be making his debut for Team India and will be playing in place of Jasprit Bumrah. The fast bowler was named in the team for the last three IND vs ENG series based on his domestic performances.
Akash Deep has been brilliant with the ball in the domestic circuit. He would be eager to make a mark with the ball. India also has named Mukesh Kumar again in the squad for the IND vs ENG fourth Test. But there are high chances that he won’t play in the Ranchi.
Mohammed Siraj is expected to be the second pacer in the team. The fast bowler will be having an additional responsibility in the absence of Jasprit Bumrah. He along with Akash Deep would be keen to make a mark in the IND vs ENG Test match in Ranchi.
