IND vs ENG: India playing 11 for the 5th Test against England prediction

The ongoing IND vs ENG Test series has reached its conclusion. The last match of the series is all set to take place from 7th March at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Stadium in Dharamsala. India has already clinched the series by 3-1 and would want to seal the last game as well to bag important World Test Championship points.

Coming to the Indian playing 11 for the fifth IND vs ENG Test, it is likely that skipper Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal will be opening the innings. The duo have been brilliant for the team at the top, in particular, Jaiswal, who is the leading run-getter in the tournament with over 600 runs to his name.?

Shubman Gill has returned to form for India and has played a few great knocks for his team in the ongoing IND vs ENG game. He is likely to retain his place at No.3 in the team for the last game. The batter would be hoping to end the series on high. He?s the second-leading run-getter in the series. 

At No.4, it is expected that India might hand a debut to Devdutt Padikkal. Rajat Patidar has struggled to get going and has failed in all the games that he has played. There have been a few reports which claimed that Padikkal will be playing the game. He was in the red hot form in the Ranji Trophy.?

Ravindra Jadeja has been given the responsibility to bat at No.5 and he has done a great job for the team. He along with Sarfaraz Khan at 6 would be key for India in the game against England at Dharamsala. The duo has looked good with the bat and would want to continue that. 

India?s new hero Dhruv Jurel is also likely to retain his place as keeper in the team. He was brilliant with the bat and gloves in the last IND vs ENG game and was one of the main reasons why India won the match and series. 

Jadeja will also be playing vital for the team in the ball. He along with Ravichandran Ashwin, who will be playing his 100th Test, will be a vital cog in the wheel for the team in the 5th IND vs ENG game. Both would be eager to take the field and do the damage to the opposition. 

Dharamsala offers help for pacers and it won?t be a surprise if India plays three pacers in the last IND vs ENG game. Jasprit Bumrah no doubt will be returning to the team whereas Akash Deep and Mohammed Siraj are expected to be the two pacers.
