IND vs ENG 3rd Test: Day 2 Stumps, England at 207/2 & India at 445/10, Ben Duckett Scored 133* runs | India vs England 3rd Test 2024 Live: India is playing the third test match against England at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot. Indian Team started the third test match well as they scored 445 runs on the scoreboard in their first inning however, England also showed good temperament and played decent cricket.

By the end of Day 2, the Indian Team scored 445 runs and was able to get two wickets of England, which they might done better. Mohd. Siraj and Ravichandran Ashwin took one wicket each however, the Indian team will be thinking of getting a couple of wickets on Day 2 in the first season but it is not going to be easy for them.

England played superb cricket on Day 2 especially with the bat as they scored 207 runs on the scoreboard with a loss of only two wickets in 35 overs. England failed to perform well with the ball as the Indian Team scored 445 runs but they showed their Bazball on the batting-friendly wicket of Rajkot as the English opener Ben Duckett scored 133 runs in 118 balls.

Indian Team scored 326 runs on Day 1 of the third test match in Rajkot but they failed to make partnerships on Day 2 therefore India got all out by scoring just 445 runs. Ravindra Jadeja scored 112 runs in 225 balls with nine fours and two sixes whereas Dhruv Jurel and Ravichandran Ashwin scored 46 and 37 runs, respectively in India’s first inning.

From England’s bowling department, Mark Wood took four wickets whereas Rehan Ahmed took two wickets. James Anderson, Tom Hartley and Joe Root took one wicket each in India’s first inning at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot. England bowled well on day 2 which is why they stopped the Indian Team under 450 runs.

England batted fantastically in their first inning in Rajkot as they scored 207 runs on the scoreboard with a loss of two wickets in 35 overs. England showed the Indian Team their well-known batting style called bazball in Rajkot and they will be looking to continue the same on Day 3 however, it will be quite difficult for them to play aggressive cricket on the spin-friendly wicket.

Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett started the inning but Crawley got out by scoring just 15 runs whereas Ben Duckett continuously played aggressive cricket and put Indian bowlers under pressure. Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope made a decent partnership of 93 runs for the second wicket as Pope scored 39 runs in 55 balls however Duckett is still on the crease at 133 runs.
