The English batters did pose a strong challenge to the bowling unit of the Men in Blue, but two quick dismissals just before lunch on day four allowed Rohit Sharma and company to take advantage. Chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav got the all-important wicket of Zak Crawley (73 runs), and seamer Jasprit Bumrah caught Jonny Bairstow (26 runs) right in front of the stumps and sent him back to the pavilion. Bumrah picked up a total of nine wickets in the second test, and he played a vital role in India’s win against England in the second test match.
