ICC Men’s ODI Players Ranking(Batting) Latest Updated after IRE vs BAN series: ICC released the new ICC Men’s ODI Players ranking after Ireland vs Bangladesh ODI series and Bangladesh won that series by 2-0.

The ICC has recently updated the Men’s ODI Players rankings after completing Ireland vs Bangladesh ODI series and the Sri Lanka Women vs Bangladesh Women’s T20I series. The star players from both teams performed outstandingly throughout the series and their remarkable performances during the series significantly improved the players rankings.

In the updated ranking, only a single change is made by ICC in the list of the top 10 batsmen of the ODI cricket. Harry Tector got a position in the prestigious ICC Men’s ODI Players Ranking after playing a wonderful inning against Bangladesh. 

Babar Azam has been holding the top spot in the Men’s ODI Batsmen rankings for an extended period with an Outstanding rating of 886 and followed by South Africa’s Rassie Van der Dussen, currently holding the second spot with a rating of 777.

From India, the highest-ranking player is Shubman Gill, who holds the fifth spot on the ranking table with a rating of 738, while the legendary Indian cricketer Virat Kohli currently presents at the eighth spot with a rating of 719.

The Dominance of Asians in the Updated ICC Men’s ODI Players Ranking:

In Men’s ODI batting ranking, six out of ten spots are occupied by Asian, mainly Indian and Pakistani players who display exceptional performance in ODI cricket. Three Indian players are in the top 10 list, Shubham Gill is at the fifth spot, Virat Kohli is at the Eighth spot, whereas Skipper Rohit Sharma is in the tenth spot.

From Pakistan, Babar Azam is in the first spot, Fakhar Zaman is at 2nd, and Imam-ul-Haq is at 4th spot.

Harry Tector beats Virat Kohli in ICC ODI Cricket Players ranking:

The young star player of Ireland played wonderfully in the ODI series against Bangladesh. He scored 185 runs in two matches, including one big century. Virat Kohli has not played any ODI match for a long time, so it was easy for Harry Tector to beat him in the ODI ranking.

Harry Tector performed well in recent ODI series. As a result, he got a good position in the ICC ODI cricket Players ranking. Harry Tector is in the 7th spot with a 722 rating, whereas Virat Kohli is in the 8th spot with a 719 rating.
