David Warner hits back at SRH for abruptly dropping him from the team in IPL 2021

Vivo IPL 2021: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) skipper David Warner has landed in Chennai on Friday to join the teams bio-bubble for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League. Warner who took a commercial flight to come to India will have to serve seven days quarantine before he gets out on the part to join the Sunrisers huddle, according to BCCI’s SOP.

Warner shared a video on his social media handles seeking fans recommendations to kill time in the seven days quarantine period. 

“I have just woken up after a massive, massive sleep. Arrived yesterday afternoon here in Chennai. Got, I think, six or seven days to get through the quarantine. I need some ideas, please comment below. Give me some ideas. Whether it’s some funny stuff, silly stuff, whatever it is. Please comment below… Netflix shows anything. I need something, please. Thank you,” said Warner.

The Australian cricketer is the most consistent and successful cricketer in the Indian Premier League. He has as many as 5,254 runs in IPL with one title under his belt.

He has been consistent with scoring runs for SRH. He has scored over 500 runs in each last six IPL seasons. He has cemented his place on the side making him the most deserving overseas batsman.

In the delayed season of the Indian Premier League, Warner got his touch late however he managed to cross 500 runs for SRH and amassed 548 runs and took his team to the playoffs.

David Warner and Co. will kickstart their IPL 2021 campaign on April 11 against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
