BCCI Contract List: BCCI Announced Latest Annual Contract List of Indian Women's Cricket Team

BCCI Player Contract, BCCI Announced Annual Contract List of Women's Cricket Players: On 27th April, BCCI announced the annual players' contracts for the Indian women's Cricket team for the upcoming season.

The BCCI prepares this list based on player's performance from season 2022 to 2023. Many young players are included in the new list, and some old players are dropped based on their performance in the current season.

Some changes are seen in the new central contract list. Harmanpreet Kaur, Deepti Sharma and Smriti Mandhana are included in the Grade A list of BCCI for the upcoming season.

A shocking drop is seen in the new list of contracts for Rajeshwari Gayakwad, who dropped from the grade A list to the grade B list of the latest annual contract list for the season 2022-23.

Virat Kolhi and Smriti Mandhana will get same fees:

Virat and Smriti will get the same amount from the BCCI as per the new annual contact list. This year the BCCI announced that women and men players will get the same amount of fees as per the new rule of the annual contract.

Some New faces in Annual Contract List:

Many new faces are included in the Grade B list, including Jemimah Rodrigues, Shefali Verma, Renuka Singh and Richa Ghosh, as young talented players, Whereas Rajeshwari Gayakwad came from Grade A to Grade B in the new contract list.

Some new faces in the grade C list, including Meghna Singh, Devika Vaidya, Radha Yadav, Sabbineni Meghana, Anjali Sarvani, and Yastika Bhatia. Harleen Deol and Sneh Rana are holding their position in Grade C new list.

Some Legendary names missing from the new list are former Indian women's cricket team captain Mithali Raj and Jhulan Goswami. Both retired from international cricket after the Women's World Cup 2022, so they are not considered in the new annual contract list of the BCCI.

Full list of 17 Players as per their Grade:

Grade A: Harmanpreet Kaur, Deepti Sharma, Smriti Mandhana.

Grade B: Jemimah Rodrigues, Renuka Singh, Richa Ghosh, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Shafali Verma.

Grade C: Pooja Vastrakar, Sneh Rana, Radha Yadav, Yastika Bhatia, Harleen Deol, Anjali Sarvani, Sabbineni Meghana, Devika Vaidya, Meghna Singh.
