Australia vs India 4th Test Match: Team India’s batting coach says Jasprit Bumrah will be monitored till the morning and the final call will be taken after that only. The medical team of India is working hard on Jasprit Bumrah’s fitness as he is the only pacer left with the team who is experienced.

Jasprit Bumrah picked up abdomen strain during the drawn match at Sydney Cricket Ground. Since then, there are black clouds on his participation in the final Brisbane test match. India is completely backstabbed by the injury woes that have occurred in the course of 2 months.

“Jasprit Bumrah is closely working with the medical team, we all have to wait till tomorrow morning to check if he can play or not. He surely wants to be the part of the playing eleven and we also wants the same but we will consider the best possible call as he is our premier pacer,” said Vikram Rathour.

The news agency PTI earlier said that the pace spearhead is completely ruled out of the fourth test match due to abdomen strain, however, batting coach on Thursday clarified that the final call will be taken on the match’s morning.

“The injuries are still being monitored. Our medical staff is looking into it, I would not be in a position to comment on this right now,” said Rathour.

The list of the injuries in Indian camp has grown day by day, with the recent inclusion being Hanuma Vihari and Mayank Agarwal.

The spin head, Ravichandran Ashwin is dealing with the stiff back and his participation is still on doubt.

While the batting coach showed faith in the bench strength India have and backed all the players and said India will come up with the best possible playing XI in the last test match.

“We have still a good bench strength, we will go with the best possible field tomorrow and I know if they are selected then they have something on them.”

“All of them deserve to be there. If they play to their potential, I cannot see any reason why we cannot do well,” he added.
