Asia Cup 2025 venues announced; Dubai to host India vs Pakistan and final

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the venues of the Asia Cup 2025. The tournament, which will be played from 9th September to 28th September, will be played across two venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

The Asia Cup 2025 will see the tournament opener being played at Abu Dhabi between Afghanistan and Hong Kong. The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan clash will be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai. The final is also scheduled to take place at the same venue. 

India will play their first two games in Dubai and will take on Oman in Abu Dhabi. The Super Four Stage will be there in Dubai, with just one game being played at the Abu Dhabi Stadium. 

Venues of the Asia Cup 2025

The Asia Cup 2025 will be played in the T20I format, and it will be a great opportunity for the teams to prepare for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. India is likely to be captained by Suryakumar Yadav, and there are chances that they might face Pakistan thrice in the tournament.

A total of eight teams will be taking part in the Asia Cup 2025 this time around. Four teams have been divided into two groups each. The top two teams from each group will advance into the super four stage, where they will play three games each, and the top two teams will then play the final.
