After winning the toss against India, Pakistan decided to bat first and put the good Indian team in pressure with good runs on the scoreboard, but they failed to do so as Indian Bowlers kept Pakistani batters into the dugout throughout the match.

However, Pakistani youngster Sahibzada Farham played a decent knock of 40 runs in 44 balls, whereas Shaheen Shah Afridi smashed a few shots in the death overs and made 33 runs in 16 balls. These are the only two batters from Pakistan’s side who have scored more than 20+ runs in this match.

Every bowler from the Indian side bowled on a perfect line and length. Kuldeep Yadav took 3 wickets in this match and became the highest wicket-taker of the tournament with 7 wickets in two matches. Jasprit Bumrah and Axar Patel also got two wickets each.

In the second Inning, the Indian Team started and ended the game with boundary, only the batters were different. Shubman Gill got out early by scoring just 10 runs, but Abhishek Sharma kept on hitting the Pakistani bowlers and never let the team in under pressure. Abhishek got out by scoring 31 runs in just 13 balls and shifted the whole game momentum in India’s favor.

Then, Tilak Verma and Suryakumar Yadav took charge, and they played sensational cricket by keeping rotating the strike and slowly finishing the match. Tilak made 31 runs in 31 balls, whereas Surya scored 47 runs in 37 balls.

From the Pakistan bowling side, all bowlers leaked lots of runs, and no bowlers got wickets except Saim Ayub, who took 3 wickets in this match. The Indian team easily chased the target in just 15.5 overs with the loss of 3 wickets only.
