All is well between CSK and Ravindra Jadeja, says CSK officials amid reports of a rift: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) official has cleared the air as he says that everything is going fine between the franchise and its premier all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja. CSK denied all the speculations of a rift between the two parties involved.

Ravindra Jadeja might move out of Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2023

The statement from the CSK official has come after Ravindra Jadeja removed all the social media posts related to Chennai Super Kings (CSK) from the years 2021 and 2022 from his accounts.

“See, this is a personal call by him. We are not aware of such kinds of incidents from our side. All OK. Nothing is wrong,” a CSK official told news agency ANI.

Notably, after Ravindra Jadeja stepped down from CSK’s captaincy during the Tata IPL 2022, there were a few reports that claimed something unusual is going on between the franchise and the all-rounder.

Ravindra Jadeja clearing all the CSK-related posts from his social media handles has ignited a fresh debate for the netizens, who are keenly tracking the developments.

Jadeja was named the captain of Chennai Super Kings after MS Dhoni relinquished his duties to play freely. However, the all-rounder couldn’t justify his role as a captain and had to drop his captaincy hat midway through the tournament.

The overall performance of Ravindra Jadeja took a dip in the Tata IPL 2022. He lacked his fluency during the T20 tournament as he only managed to score 116 runs in 10 outings at a poor strike rate of 118.37. Moreover, he could only bag five wickets in his 10 appearances for CSK.

It will be interesting to see what comes up next from this space. If the rumours turn out to be true, it will be a huge setback for the Chennai-based IPL franchise as they might lose a fine all-rounder in Ravindra Jadeja for the next IPL seasons.
