Where to Watch IPL 2023 Auction Live, Date, Time, Venue, Live Streaming, Telecast, Complete Details: The stage for the Tata Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 Auction is being prepared as we are heading close to the commencement of the event. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is making every effort to make the auction a successful event, just like any other season.

All the 10 IPL teams are also looking forward to the auction day and are gearing up for the event with their strategies to acquire potential players, who can help them win IPL trophies. 

The player retention process has already been completed by the 10 IPL teams. The window for player retention ended on 15th November 2022. During the one-month period, which ended on 15th November, all 10 IPL teams retained 163 players.

Meanwhile, 85 players were freed by the teams from their existing squads. All these players along with many new entrants will go under the hammer to find a new buyer on the auction day.

As far as auction stats are concerned, 405 cricketers from 13 countries will be a part of the event organised by the BCCI. The 405 players were shortlisted from the pool of 991 registered players for the auction. A total of 87 slots are required to be filled combined by all the IPL teams, of which 30 slots are for overseas cricketers.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 Auction is scheduled to be held on 23rd December in Kochi, Kerala. The bidding process will begin at 14:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).

All the updates of the IPL 2023 Auction will be provided by the team of ICC Cricket Schedule. The fans can watch live streaming of the auction in the Jio Cinema Application. While the telecast of the event will be aired by Sony Sports Network.
