Virat Kohli has arrived in Chennai for the first game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will be facing Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the opening encounter of the tournament at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai.
After the unboxing event at the M Chinnaswamy stadium on Tuesday (20th March), Royal Challengers Bengaluru took the charter flight for Chennai to prepare themselves for the first game of IPL 2024. The match will be played on 22nd March (Friday).
It’ll be the biggest game in the league as two of the biggest superstars of Indian cricket Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni will be up against each other. There will be no dearth of support for the teams but with the game being the southern derby, the Chepauk stadium is expected to be full yellow.
