The magician from South Africa has played all around the globe and this adds experience to his resume. Adil Rashid on the other hand was an integral part of the England team that won the 2019 World Cup. Rashid beats the batsmen in the air and can outfox the batsmen. Shimron Hetmeyer and Dawid Malan aren’t like to like options. But these two are tied at position 8! Shimron bats lower down the order. He was associated with the Delhi Capitals for 2 seasons and made sure they qualified for both for the playoffs each time. When Hetmeyer plays he rules the game! He has a Yuvrajesque game. Dawid Malan on the other hand can bat at top of the order. He is highly rated by the ICC. Malan doesn’t play freelance so many teams are unaware of his style of play. He is an exquisite stroke maker. Both these lefty batsmen are on the list of top 10 overseas players.

7) Mitchell Marsh is one of the top 10 overseas players:

Coming from the back of an amazing season with the Australian national team and Perth Scorchers, Mitchell Marsh will add value to any team. He bats at number 4 and gives you 2 to 3 reliable overs. The younger Marsh was the “Man of the Match” in the ICC T20 World Cup final. Marsh has worked on his batting abilities. He has a textbook style of play. He takes his time to settle down and then blasts the bowlers.

6) Rassie Van Der Dussen:

Rassie Van Der Dussen has made it to the list after his performance against India. Dussen is an optimum pick for any team looking for someone to move the game. In the middle-overs when the game becomes dry, Rassie can spice things up. One can never forget his innings against the Englishmen in the ICC T20 World Cup. He smashed the likes of Wood, Jordan, and Rashid everywhere. Van Der Dussen is in his early thirties which means that he is carrying a truck-load of experience.

Quinny makes it to the list because of his attacking style and wicket-keeping skills. De Kock is a strong individual and can be a part of the leadership group. Quinton has been a part of the IPL since 2013. His game hasn’t changed much since he was playing for Highveld Lions, however, he has gained a lot of experience. De Kock has worked with the likes of Robin Singh and Gary Kirsten. A veteran in the T20 format, his game sense is top-notch. De Kock will add value to the Indian youngsters. It is expected that he will go for well over 5 Crore Indian Rupees. He is certainly one of the top 10 overseas players.

4) Jonny Bairstow:

Jonny Bairstow has been ruling world cricket since 2019. The bashing that he gave Kuldeep Yadav at Birmingham in 2019 has kept Kuldeep out of the side since then. His Jayasuriyaesque style of play is a treat to watch. Bairstow is a top ambassador of the “Slam Bang” approach of England Cricket. He is a technically sound batsman. He averages 35+ at a strike rate of 140! Jonny can form a good pair with someone like Rohit or Virat at the top. As both the other players take their time to settle in.

3) Pat Cummins is one of the top 10 overseas players:

It is a general trend that bowlers are sold at a higher price than batsmen. Hence Pat Cummins is so highly rated in the list of top 10 overseas players. Cummins, last time took home 16 Crore Indian Rupees. What has changed since then is that he has become the leader of the Australian team. Cummins led Australia to a thumping 4-0 Ashes win over England. He has an economy of 8.23. His bouncer makes the batsmen smell the leather. His yorker crushes the toes. All in all, Cummins is a complete package. Young Indian bowlers will get a lot of grooming from this individual. The Leadership group of a team can be improved by considering his opinions.

2) Kagiso Rabada:

Kagiso Rabada is currently one of the top fast bowlers in the world. His smooth run-up and perfect action make sure he generates express pace. Ever since his debut in 2017, his pace hasn’t dropped! He bowls well over 140 kmph. Kagiso Rabada made Andre Russell fall with his precise yorkers! This incident defines the genius of this legend. He is a thinking bowler with an economy of 8.21.

1) David Warner:

As per the latest reports, the leadership section for Warner seems empty!

David Warner left the IPL 2021 with a sour taste in his mouth after falling out with SRH. SRH might have regretted their decisions after Warner became “Man of the Series” in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021. Warner single-handedly won two games for the Australians. Season after season, David has tonked the bowlers. In the 2016 season, the show was stolen by Virat and his 973 runs but David managed to get 850+ runs too! He led SRH to victory in that season. He averages 42 with a strike rate of 140!
