Chennai Super Kings (CSK) release their official anthem ahead of the IPL 2023
Four-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have released their official anthem. The MS Dhoni-led outfit will okay the tournament opener against Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi International Stadium on Friday (31st March).
Chennai Super Kings posted a video on their social media handles and revealed the anthem for the season. The features their skipper MS Dhoni, who blows whistles at the start and then the focus shifts on the other stars such as Dwayne Bravo, Devon Conway, Ravindra Jadeja and other squad members.

CSK’s new guns Ajinkya Rahane and Ben Stokes also were present in the video. The anthem is mostly sung in the Tamil language. The franchise posted the video with the caption: “It’s that time of the year when the Super Kings come together as a pride #Yellove to roar! What are you waiting for? Get. Set. #whistlepodu with our official anthem!”

Chennai Super Kings would be hoping for a roaring comeback after having a horrendous campaign last year. They finished 9th on the points table and failed to get going. They also tried to pass on the captaincy baton to Ravindra Jadeja but the move didn’t work. Skipper Dhoni would want to lead the side to the 5th title and end on high.
