Liam Livingstone is the biggest name that the Punjab Kings have on the roster. He is the most in-demand freelance cricketer. Over the past few years, Livingstone has been a rage in T20 cricket. He is known to take down the opposition single-handedly.
He is a complete player. Liam Livingstone can bowl off spin and leg spin. If required he can be used as a middle-order batter or floater. He is super quick on the field. He has had a poor international run in the past with death overs, but he has always been an asset in the IPL. For the past two seasons, he is the bowler to bowl the most yorkers.
He has left behind T Natarajan and Jasprit Bumrah too! Arshdeep brings in the left-handed angle, making it very difficult for the opposition batter to deal with. He will give you two good overs in the powerplay and two economical overs at the death.
Shahrukh Khan is a Key Player:
Talk about Indian middle-order batters and Shahrukh Khan’s name pops up. For the past two years, the Punjab Kings have been investing in this domestic giant. He has dominated the domestic circuit for the past two years too but has failed to make a big mark in the IPL. The Tamil Nadu batter is expected to be their designated finisher. He has to bat along with the likes of Jitesh Sharma and Liam Livingstone. So, he will have to be the anchor most of the time as these players are great stroke-makers.
